Dardanup Equestrian Centre Fees and Charges.
All fees and charges go directly into maintaining and developing the facilities

Ground Fees
These fees are to be paid every time a horse is bought onto the DEC grounds.

Must be an affiliated member of one of the below clubs-

1.     Henty Riding Club

2.     Dardanup Horse and Pony Club

3.     Dardanup Campdraft

4.     South West Branch of the Australian Stockhorse Society

 

  • Casual riding on club days/rallies $10.00 (plus small admin fee) per horse per day (whether ridden or not)

  • Dental visits/farrier/clinics/lessons/Bowen/saddle fitting etc etc $10.00 (plus a small admin fee) per horse per day (whether ridden or not)

  • Competitions where prizes/ribbons are awarded $12.50 (plus small admin. fee) per horse per day (whether ridden or not)

Ground fees for non-affiliated riders (when attending an event that has been organised by an affiliated club)

  • $10.00 (plus small admin. fee) per horse per day

  • Competitions where prizes/ribbons are awarded $10.00 (plus small admin. fee) per horse per day

  • Dardanup Campdraft and ASHS (South West Branch) ground fees for drafts are by special arrangement

Camping fees based on 24 hours
There are no powered sites available
The toilets and showers are available for the use by campers

  • $15.00 first night per campsite, $ 10.00 night thereafter

 Facility Fees & Hire-
(This does not include ground fees for horses or camping fee-these are extra)

  • MAIN SAND ARENA 1st day $275.00 2nd day $550.00 3rd day $1050.00 

  • TOP ARENA 1st day $ 90.00 2nd day $180.00 3rd day $ 250.00

  • CAMPDRAFT ARENA 1st day $180.00 2nd day $360.00 3rd day $ 700.00

  • ROUND YARD $150.00/DAY

  • WHOLE FACILITY 1st day $600.00 2nd day $110.00 3rd day $1600.00

    • CLUB ROOMS AND KITCHEN (including toilets & showers)
      Affiliated Club Members:       $125.00 day plus cleaning deposit $200.00

      Outside Use: $250 day plus cleaning deposit $200.00
      If cleaning is not sufficient, each area that has to be rectified will be deducted from the deposit at the following rate: Kitchen $50.00, Meeting Room $30.00, Toilets $120.00

  • The ground hire also applies to any activity / clinic / demonstration that charges a general entry fee and / or fence-sitting fee.

  • Ground Hire includes: Club Rooms and Canteen and the use of the entire grounds (except cross country course).

General Conditions of Hire

Please note that if a club or individual books the DEC grounds, they must indicate their particular needs on the booking sheet. All clubs will be accepting of sharing the grounds wherever possible except on club days unless it suits the club to do so and is allowed under insurance. All efforts will be made to communicate needs and requirements so the maximum amount of users’ needs can be met without detriment to the others. The Dardanup Equestrian Centre Committee retains the right to refuse bookings or change or cancel bookings at any time.
